Re "Total price tag for Katrina waste could top $2 billion" (Dec. 27)

There's an inept president who created great taxpayer waste.

From Katrina disaster money his private contractors had a great taste.

As "heck-of-a-job" Brownie poured in billions for Bush,

the multiple-vacations president sat on his tush.

That's the sad story of how New Orleans was turned into paste.
